Our Cancellation Policy

At domeliasbluebayhaven.gr, we aspire to offer quality hospitality services and efficient customer service. As part of this effort, we now offer the option of making reservations through our website.

In order to ensure the best service for all customers and to prevent abuse of this option, the following booking/cancellation policy has been implemented:

Each customer can make a reservation with a maximum limit of 59 days per reservation. For longer reservations, please contact us. A reservation can be canceled up to 14 days before the stay, with a 50% refund. Otherwise, the reservation will be charged at the normal rate. No-shows are charged the full amount of the reservation, with no refund. We are at your disposal for any clarifications and questions.
